
personalHOME ya ha entregado las llaves de los 3 chalets K5 construidos en La Font. Después de la situación irregular vivida durante este 2020 en nuestro país, la planificación no ha sufrido grandes modificaciones y la obras se ha entregado a tiempo a la propiedad.
Los chalets se han realizado mediante el sistema de personalHOME donde el cliente que no reside en España pudo elegir el modelo de casa que más se adecuaba a sus necesidades y gustos desde su país, dentro de los más de 21 modelos diferentes, siendo en este caso 2 K5b y 1 K5c los dos modelos elegidos.
El cliente proporcionó el solar, ubicado en la exclusiva zona de La Font, en Sant Joan de Alicante y personalHOME se encargó de ubicar las tres viviendas y realizar todas las consultas técnicas, petición de licencia, gestión de tasas etc para poner en marcha el proyecto.
Los tres chales se encuentran sobre una parcela global de 1.800 metros cuadrados y cada uno de ellos, cuenta con unos 600 metros cuadrados de parcela privada con piscina particular.

Natural sunlight and open space are the main features to note of this house in Mutxamel with ground floor and second floor.
On a plot of just over 900 meters, the project designed and managed from personalHOME, takes advantage of the slope of the land, offering open views in the neighborhood, eminently residential.
On the ground floor, the design considers a house with the rooms for common use, such as a an open kitchen, dining room and living room. It also has a double bedroom with private bathroom, gallery, store room and a courtesy restroom. With access from the outside, a storage room and the machine room complete this part of the house.
On the second floor are located the rooms for private use: two bedrooms with private bathroom, closets or dressing room and an office area. All are distributed around the stairs. The master bedroom also has a 30 m2 terrace.
Nearly 300 square meters that are completed the house with large terraces, porches, garden and a swimming pool, a luxury of amenities for the family that will soon inhabit the house of their dreams.

personalHOME, in addition to its models, offers the possibility of designing a house tailored to the client.
The plot has 1,200 square meters in which, in addition to the house, there is a garden of almost 200 meters and a pool of 120 square meters are planned.
